Hi there, I understand that registered users have a 250 GB quota. Using Galaxy today, I have had quotas ranging from 12 GB to ~140GB, yet my little percentage bar says I've reached 100% of my quota and won't let me move forward using tools. I read on BioStar about managing data by permanently deleting files, and also about how it takes a while for the percentage to match the real usage value. I've been permanently deleting files, and I'm so confused of why my % of space usage is so high... it has remained consistently above 50% all of today, when I've been using somewhere between 5% - 56%. I think my current usage should be 56%, but the site is stuck for me saying I'm at 100%. Any thoughts about what I can do? Or is this just a weird bug in the program? Thanks, Diana

Hello,
I recalculated disc usage on what I believe is your account. Please check again now. If this was not your account, please send an email to galaxy-bugs@lists.galaxyproject.org from the account's registered email address and we can help from there.
Just in case you didn't see this wiki (although it seems you did this already), it has details for finding deleted but not perm deleted data. Sometimes data can be missed and is worth a double check. https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Learn/ManagingDatasets#Delete_vs_Delete_Permanently
Cheers, Jen, Galaxy team
