I'm a novice Galaxy Main user that reached disk quota maximum, but repeated attempts to eliminate files by permanent deletion failed to trigger a correct disk quota reset.

Note that I have conducted an advance search on my saved histories, which correctly returned all of my past histories, all of which were permanently deleted reporting 0 Gb size on disk, and correctly listed my two active histories totaling 32.5 Gb "Size on Disk".

However, Galaxy reports that I am using 193.9 Gb of disk space.

What can be done?

I've recalculated your disk usage, so you should be good to go now.  Sorry for the trouble, we're working on tracking down the various ways this can get out of sync.
