Very new Galaxy user here -

I was just starting out in one History, and decided to start fresh in a new history. I permanently deleted the first history and began uploading fastq zipped files in a new history, however the files were not able to be uploaded as my quota is at 100%. Under User Preferences, I see it reports I am using 250.5 GB of my available 250 GB. I have removed my browser cache (in Google Chrome) and left it for 3 days in the hopes it would update and just needed time. From what I can see, I am using only 86.4 GB in my 2nd attempt history, so I am not sure what else I can do to gain space.

Thanks in advance for your help!

-Bonnie

Hi Bonnie,

I've recalculated your quota and you should be good to go now.  Thanks for your patience with this, we're tracking down the ways quota can get out of sync like this and fixing them.

Hello,

I am experiencing the same issue of my disk usage not matching the quota usage shown.

Thanks for the help!

You should be good to go too, I ran a rolling recalculation on *all* accounts recently.
