Hi, I'm having problems with the calculation of my disk space usage on Galaxy.
I was only using 7% of the space until thursday, when I ran a series of jobs that produced much bigger files than I expected (over 200GB each for the two that completed). I deleted all of those jobs (most of which hadn't started execution), and then went back and deleted each one permanently, and my usage went back down to 7% as expected. I requested a couple of much simpler test jobs to check how big the resulting files would be and they paused as soon as they started. Now, Galaxy tells me I'm suddenly using 597GB of disk space despite the size on disk of each of my histories adding up to <25GB.
I've permanently deleted everything created since the initial problems and still my usage is recorded as 597GB. I've gone through all of my shared histories (nothing new), hidden files (none), deleted files, and tried purging deleted files (with no results, because they're all already permanently deleted) several times but can find nothing causing this. It's been a few days now (the weekend plus today) and I still can't do anything on Galaxy because I'm supposedly over my quota.
Can anyone help?
Resolved by resetting quota usage on main.
