Question: Disk quota full

Hi, my disk quota is saying 100% full when I do not have any data in there. I recently bumped into the disk quota problem when trying to analyze some .fastq files. I resorted to deleting all the files but it's still saying 100% full and not allowing me to upload any data at all.

Just to be clear, by deleting I meant permanently deleting the data and checking to make sure this has happened.

I've recalculated your disk usage and the currently displayed value should be accurate.  If you were expecting more space to be freed, please look through deleted histories.
