Hi.

I'm currently using Galaxy for some experiments on vcf files.

I reached the maximum authorized disk space of around 200Go.

Now I want to free some space to do other treatments: I've deleted some historical datas, I've also deleted files on the recently available on the FTP server of Galaxy, to be at a level I was before I reached the maximum space available.

But the problem is Galaxy say I still reached the maximum available space on disk.

I also have purged deleted datas, and deleted permanently, I don't know what to do more to free space.

Do I have to wait the Galaxy server update my status? If so, how long does it takes?

Thank you.

Thank you, I didn't know how to reach those partly deleted files, in the part "saved histories".

Hi Jeremy,

If you go to "saved histories", and click "deleted" in the status field of the advanced search do you see any that are deleted but not purged?  I forced a manual recalculation of your disk usage and there was no change and it is still significantly over the quota.
