Question: (Closed) Over my disk quota

Hi, I'm over my disk capacity (message: You are using 253.5 GB of disk space in this Galaxy instance. Your disk quota is: 250.0 GB.). I've purged the deleted files but still can not access my files as my account is blocked. I checked and my account looks right as its showing no histories or datasets. Could you help me ? Thanks Helene
