Please help,

I have a project due in my bio class in two weeks, and for some reason galaxy is convinced I've used my quota GB data, so I deleted EVERYTHING, and now it's saying I'm still using 90% of my quota. I don't have time for this I need to do this project and I already had to delete a weeks worth of work. Please reset my quota if you can. If you find anything that hasn't been deleted then just delete it and give me a blank canvas. I don't have time for this please!

Hello,

First, try logging out and then logging back into your account. This resets quota.

Next, if that does not reduce the amount of use, this means that your account includes active, hidden, and/or deleted datasets/histories using this space. In order to free up space, you must permanently delete (purge) data.

Let us know if you need more help and please confirm you are working at Galaxy Main https://usegalaxy.org. If you are working at another public or institutional Galaxy server the quota system and functions described above may differ. The admins of that server should be contacted directly for help. Contact information is generally on the home page of the server with some listing more details here: https://galaxyproject.org/public-galaxy-servers/

Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team
