Hi there,

Somehow I was very over my disk limit (Preferences state that I am currently using 499.6 GB?), and now the tool execution is on hold. However, I followed the wiki and video (https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Learn/ManagingDatasets) and permenantly deleted everything, and I'm still seeing the high disk usage hours later. What else can I do?

Also, I'm unclear how I ended up over my quota in the first place - I'm using Galaxy as part of a bioinformatics class and am very new to it. I was having trouble converting a text file with SRR accession numbers to FASTQ on Thursday, but from my (now purged) history, it looked like maybe some of these operations completed after I closed my session? I don't know, I'm confused.

Thanks,

Sabrina

Hi Sabrina,

I have manually triggered recalculation of your quota and this is the outcome Usage has changed by -499.6 GB to 0 bytes.

Seems like there was a bug on our part that caused this. Sorry for the inconvenience.
