Question: Permanently deleted and purged data, says 0 bytes but still taking up space

I've permanently deleted and purged over half of my data, says 0 bytes for those files. Still getting a message that I'm using over 100% of my allocated space.

please try logging out and in again, that should force recalculation of your quota

But log in/out will not completely solve your issue. I see active large histories plus a few that are deleted but not permanently deleted at https://usegalaxy.org. Follow the linked help in the other post for how to find these.
