I am getting this message when I log onto my Galaxy account: "You are over your disk quota. Tool execution is on hold until your disk usage drops below your allocated quota."
Under "User preferences" it says that I am using 293.5 GB of disk space and my quota is 250.0 GB - but I am only able to locate 79.2 GB (under saved history) of data in Galaxy.
I have 1 history, containing two files (paired end reads from RNAseq) for a total of 79.2 GB. I want to do a Trinity assembly on these two files, but it is not possible since I am "over my disk quota).
I have permanently deleted all other files on my account - but it still tells me that I am using 293.5 GB of data.
Any tips/tricks on how to locate the 214.3 GB and delete them?
