Question: Can't connect to FTP server

I can't connect to the server to upload my files.  I am using usegalaxy.org as a host. Is everything functional or am I doing something wrong on my end?

make sure not to use SFTP

Hi Dannon,

Thank you, I am using FileZilla and following the instructions from the FTP upload demonstration video.  It keeps saying connection refused by server. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong, this doesn't seem like an overly difficult task!

The ftp connection string should look something like (as an example, my user dannon@galaxyproject.org):

ftp://dannon@galaxyproject.org@usegalaxy.org
