I tried to connect to ftp server using filezilla. I followed to suggested tutorial (https://galaxyproject.org/ftp-upload/). The certificate was created. Howeve,r the connection to ftp server was failed. I received this message Status: Connecting to 129.114.60.60:21... Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message... Status: Initializing TLS... Status: Verifying certificate... Status: TLS connection established. Command: USER XXXXXXXXXX Response: 331 Password required for XXXXXX Command: PASS ** Response: 530 Login incorrect. Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
I also tried to connect to ftp via Mac promt I have this message 550 SSL/TLS required on the control channel. I have account in main galaxy, I do not use a galaxy at local thanks.
I also have the same problem. I have registered for an account at usegalaxy.org but was unable to connect with FTP using both Filezilla and WinSCP (on Windows).
