Question: filezilla unable to connect to galaxy server

I am using filezilla to upload my files on galaxy but i am unable to do so. This is what I am getting

@jennifer I have tried again but i am facing the same issue. Please help me in this regard
is there any specific port that i can try ?
We restarted the server several times yesterday and a connection just now worked fine (using all default settings).
If you were having a problem with a specific port (Galaxy side) or firewall (on your side), a different error message would come up.
Please try again and let us know how it goes.
