Hello,
I see your account at Galaxy Main https://usegalaxy.org. If you are trying to load with FTP at this server (needed for data >= 2 GB), these are the instructions: https://galaxyproject.org/ftp-upload/. If following that protocol is producing a problem, please explain in more detail what you are doing, the FTP client used, your operating system, and how the problem manifests. Sometimes a firewall (local to your site) can cause problems but we can eliminate other usage problems first. Capturing screenshots and posting back can sometimes help (be sure that your password is masked). To post a graphic, it must be hosted on an external site then the link pasted back here, https://imgur.com is one choice, dropbox is another as is google docs. Any place with a publically shared URL.
If working at another Galaxy server, the account would be distinct and whatever email/pass you use there should be used with FTP, along with that target server's base URL. Be aware that not all Galaxy servers have FTP enabled. Contact the admins of that other server if you have trouble with FTP or are not sure what their requirements are or to confirm if FTP is even enabled/working.
