Question: Why can't I use FTP to upload files to the GALAXY server

When I use Filezilla to upload my data to GALAXY server, I can't connect to the server. The response is “500 Sorry, no server available to handle request on galaxy-web-01.tacc.utexas.edu”. I don’t know how to solve it. I need your help. Many thanks!

I'm having the same problem.  Working fine yesterday, today cannot connect.
