Question: Percent used will not go down

Dear all,

 

I'm using 76% of my allowed disk space and after deleting (and permanently deleting) several large files, i'm still stuck at 76%  so I deleted all histories, all data and still after 12 hours i'm stuck at 76%

 

Any ideas?
