I am currently trying to use the FastQ groomer and tophat for my data and I have the message: You are over your disk quota. Tool execution is on hold until your disk usage drops below your allocated quota.

I have deleted much of my data and I have checked the option "permanently delete datasets" but my disc usage does not change at all. I have tried logging out and back in and nothing has changed.

It appears that you are actively using more than one account. There is a quota of one account per user at

Quotas on Main:

Please email us at to let us know which account you would like to retain and those to be deleted. For each deleted, a confirmation process will be explained in the direct email exchanges. Plus we can help you with permanently deleting data to free up space in the account you retain.
