Question: Disk quota stays at 33% even after deleting all history items

Hi,

My "usegalaxy.org" account page shows that I am using 33% of disk space. In fact I have deleted all my histories and purged them, checked for any hidden histories and there is nothing I can find, but still the disk usage is showing 33%.

How can I reset this so that I can upload some new files and do some analysis.

I've recalculated your usage but there was no change.  When you go to "User"->"Saved Histories", and click "Advanced Search", select "all" as the status, do you see any histories that haven't been purged?

Hi Dannon,

Thanks a lot for this information. I checked under the Advance Search and saw many of the previous files that were not purged.

I purged them and was able to reset Disk quota to back to full.
