HI, I just got this message:

"Execution of this dataset's job is paused because you were over your disk quota at the time it was ready to run 57250900 regions converted to BED."

However, the job is colored green, does this mean I have to re-run the job? I've un-paused the jobs in my history and erased older jobs to make space (I'm only at 81% of the quota), but it still says this. Thanks J

Hello,

If the job was paused/queued, and the quota made clear (under 250 GB used), the jobs would have resumed and run, turning green.

Does the output look as you expect? If not, re-running the job is one way to be certain the output is correct.

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
