I've exported and cleared all my old saved histories for both galaxy accounts of our lab. And all our data is less than 100gb in each of them, but disk usage is still in 95-97%. What should I do? I would be grateful if somebody could help me. I permanently deleted my old datasets but still no change in my disk usage percentage.

Hello,

To confirm, you are working on the public Main Galaxy instance at http://usegalaxy.org?

If so, first please wait until the Main server is back up again, status is updated here: https://status.galaxyproject.org/

Then once available, recheck your accounts again for undeleted vs permanently deleted data, and permanently delete as needed.

If after that you are still having problems, please send us an email at galaxy-bugs@bx.psu.edu that includes the account email address for each and we can take a closer look. Please also include a link to this Galaxy Biostars post so that we can link the two questions together.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems, Jen, Galaxy team
