Question: Quota Limit

Hi there, I am a newbie at Galaxy (registered last night), and have been given 10Gb space. I wonder whether I can increase quota size somehow. I have just uploaded two related files (each 3Gb), and then converted one file to a new format (another 3Gb). Now, I cannot do anything.

We actually do test here, so there is limited to no tool support as it is generally not advised to use unless you have a specific, short term task and accept the risk. There are of course special cases. If you believe that you have one, please email us at galaxy-bugs@bx.psu.edu to explain/discuss, although I cannot guarantee any particular outcome. http://test.g2.bx.psu.edu/ What you probably want to be using is the Galaxy Main instance instead, which has a much larger quota (250G) and job allotment, tool support, and demonstrated software reliability (operations pass our functional testing, among other items). http://main.g2.bx.psu.edu/ (aka http://usegalaxy.org) Terms & Conditions: Note the terms requiring a maximum of 1 account per user.
