My name is Mike Walker and I am a Phd student in Scott Lindner’s lab. Recently, we have been processing many, large RNA-seq files and I have almost filled my quota for storage on the site. I was wondering what the best option is for getting more storage in my account because we will be getting more data sets in the coming weeks and I was hoping to be able to compare those with the first replicates that are currently in my account. Please let me know the best way to proceed!

Hello,
Setting up your own cloud server is the best option for most users. See all of the choices listed here: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#About_Galaxy
Update: For your case, Mike, please email us at galaxy-bugs@lists.galaxyproject.org from your galaxy account address and include a link to this post.
Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
