Hi, I have totally 70 GB files however the systems show:

You are using 206.7 GB of disk space in this Galaxy instance. Your disk quota is: 250.0 GB.

I have searched everywhere for hiden or deleted histories or datasets, and there is no program running.

Could anybody help me to figure out why the system tells me 206.7 GB is using.

Thank you !

Dear Jen,

Thanks for your kind help last time, however today when I was working with Galaxy, the space quote was again quickly used up, to 100%. The real usage is about 105 Gb, I cannot find any hidden data.

So could you please help me to fix it, thank you a lot !

Best, Xu

Hi, I just recalculated the disk again for you and there was a small change. Please check now and let us know if you believe it to be correct. I did not go into your account and check for "deleted but not perm deleted" data, although that would be the next step, and something you could also look for yourself, if this hasn't been done yet. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience! Jen

Hi, the space is OK now. Thank you so much !!!

Do you mean to purge deleted datasets? I have done this before asking the question :)

I transferred data to Galaxy from my Dropbox folder via Genomespace to galaxy, I do not know whether the problem is due to such data transport.

Best regards, Xu
