Question: Disk quota exceeded, but only at 23% of storage.

Having problems uploading and processing files due to "disk quota exceeded" messages, however, my history shows I'm only using 23% of storage.

I was near capacity when I first got the message, but I've cleaned up my history down to 23%, and still getting disk quota messages.

Not sure if this is system wide or something funky with account.

ok, it seems like Galaxy problem. I also have the same issue.
