Question: Data Overlimit Error

HI THERE

I CANNOT MOVE FORWARD WITH MY ANALYSIS AS IT KEEPS SAYING I AM OVER MY QUOTA BUT I HAVEN'T USED ALL MY QUOTA. I ONLY HAVE ONE FILE IN USE AND THERE IS NO DATA IN ANY OTHER FILE.

HOW CAN I GET AROUND THIS?

It's possible you're using the space in other histories.  Can you go to user->saved histories and check?

Hi there

The Quota meter reads 100%

I am using 194GB and I only have the current history. I have permanently deleted everything else.

I've forced the disk space recalculation on your account, and the total you're seeing now should be accurate.  Give it another shot.
