Question: Galaxy Disk Usage at 74% despite only using ~5Gb of space

My disk usage is abnormally high. I'm familiar with the deletion process (i.e. "Purge Deleted Datasets") but I think there's an issue with some fastq collections that aren't getting purged.

Can someone help look at my account data usage?

I just reset the usage quota on your account. It dropped down to 71.5 GB. Hopefully, that resolves the delete/purge issues.

There is one more item that I suggest adjusting, with priority. Your account is missing a "Public (user) name". This is needed for many functions to be successful. This was intended to be required information during account creation. However, due to a small bug (in the process of correction), some accounts were permitted to be created without one. To avoid problems, add in a public name at User -> Preferences -> Manage your information -> Public name.
