I just reset the usage quota on your account. It dropped down to 71.5 GB. Hopefully, that resolves the delete/purge issues.
There is one more item that I suggest adjusting, with priority. Your account is missing a "Public (user) name". This is needed for many functions to be successful. This was intended to be required information during account creation. However, due to a small bug (in the process of correction), some accounts were permitted to be created without one. To avoid problems, add in a public name at User -> Preferences -> Manage your information -> Public name.
