Hi,
I deleted few files from my saved histories and purged them but still my usage has not dropped its the same which was being reflected when i had these files in my saved histories. Also have checked advanced search as well.

It appears that you are using about 100 GB over the quota on Main (250 GB) at http://usegalaxy.org. Most of the usage is contained in a single history. I see a few deleted datasets in there, but they are not permanently deleted. (Use the History menu option "Purge Deleted Datasets" to remove these from disk, where they no longer contribute to quota usage).
More data will likely need to be removed in order to do more work on Main.
