Hi
I was running my whole genome data in small batches on the main galaxy. After each batch, I cleared the history by purging, and the disk space was successfully recovered.
But now, my disk usage is stubbornly not updating despite purging. :P
Any chance an administrator can help me force a recalculation on my account disk usage? Thanks in advance.

and in addition, a possible bug that i will try to reproduce:
if the history is purged from the "User>Saved History" page, disk usage will update normally
but if the history is purged from the "View multiple history" page, disk quota will not update
Hi, I am also having this issue. When I go to "User>Saved History" the histories that I have tried to purge in "View multiple history" say Deleted permanently, and I try deleting them again but I still have over 100gig of used space which I don't know where it is coming from. Any further suggestions?
Fixed, you're good to go.
Perfect. Thanks.
