Question: Request Assistance to Force Recalculate Disk Usage on Main Galaxy

Hi Martin,

Thanks for solving! The personal account I had (REDACTED@gmail.com) is now empty and could be possibly delated, since now I'm using my work account REDACTED@ucl.ac.uk only.

I triggered recalculation of the quota, you should be good now. I would also like to stress out that usegalaxy.org terms explicitly state that you can only have one account per person. Multiple accounts can result in deletions.
