Hello,

I am having a problem with my disk usage on Galaxy Main.  Even though I have permanently deleted all my datasets and histories, my disk usage never falls below 26%. Is there a problem with my account?

Thank you for your help!

Alyssa

This can occasionally take time to update.

That said, I've gone ahead and forced a recalculation and you're correctly at 0% usage now.

Thanks so much for the recalculation!

Hi Alyssa,

Check one more time under "Shared Histories", then "Advanced Search -> status: all". This will reveal all of your histories in one view, including size and the state (in the far right column). This usually resolves any data that was missed.

If you continue to have issues, please send us your login email address for Galaxy Main and we can look into this further:
email to: galaxy-bugs@bx.psu.edu

Please do not send your password. We do not need it and you should never send it to anyone that states that they do.

Best, Jen, Galaxy team
