I get this message in the Galaxy User Preferences: "You are using 406.6 GB of disk space in this Galaxy instance. Your disk quota is: 250.0 GB. Is your usage more than expected? See the documentation for tips on how to find all of the data in your account." However, I deleted and purged all datasets and histories with the exception of two that occupy just 3.3 and 5.4 GB respectively. Any way to solve this problem? Thanks

Hi Bruno,

I recalculated disk usage on your account. Please double check now.

Also, if you think more data should be "permanently deleted" than the quota show, then it is likely deleted but not perm deleted datasets and/or histories (not just histories). Here is how to check:

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
