Hi!

my name is Leticia Perez and I am from Uruguay, School of Sciences, University of the Replublica (Facultad de Ciencias, Universidad de la República).

I am trying to analyze my RNA seq data using galaxy plattform, but I can´t align my reads because my reference genome is not in the list. I work with trypanosoma cruzi strain CL Brener (which is a hybrid between Esmeraldo like and non Esmeraldo like strains). Could you upload this genome in the list?

I downloaded both genomes and I have both in only one file, is there a way for me to upload?

Thanks in advance

Leticia
