Dear sir, i am working on galaxy from last one months and i am very well appraise with the performance and its feasibility for a non computational guy. I am using tophat gapped-read mapper .. for align Brassica napus unfortunately my interest genome is not list on galaxy. Please upload the reference genome of brassica napus on galaxy.

The genome can be used with tools right now as a Custom Reference Genome. This is how:https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#Custom_reference_genome

New genomes for indexing are under consideration. Request are accepted at this ticket - please follow the instructions in the top post. These will not be immediately added, so use a Custom Genome near-term. https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/issues/1470
