Question: Genome Not Available On Galaxy

Hello, I am a new galaxy user and cannot find my reference genome in the drop down menu. I performed my ChIP seq experiments using S. cerevisiae SK1 strain background. Hello, This strain is not included in the public Main Galaxy instance as a built-in genome/index. You can however use it with most tools as a custom reference genome.
