Question: Reference genome for Trypanosoma brucei 927 strain

I am interested to use Galaxy tools to analyze my ChIP-seq and RNA-seq data from Trypanosoma brucei 927 strain. Unfortunately, you don't have T. brucei genome as "in-built" in your server. I wanted to know whether you will include this as well. Reference genome is available at WWW.Tritrypdb.org.  Please let me know the possibility at your convenience.

Using the genome as a "Custom Reference Genome" with tools is a good choice as this permits you to begin work right away. Please see our wiki here:
