Question: (Closed) galaxy history deleted permanently but used space still full 100% (urgent)

Hello,

I am doing RNA-seq analysis (use galaxy.com) but I can not complete it or do anything as the used space is full, although I deleted the old histories and the most of the files( I have only few files with around 18 GB). I tried to log off and then back but nothing change and the used space still 100%. What should I do, any advice, suggestion?.
