Hello,

I am using Galaxy, I have tried to delete my history (user->saved histories -> delete permanently) and Galaxy reports that I am using 830 MB before it was 1.70 GB, but I don't see any file.

What is the problem? Is there other way to delete files?

Thank you in advance

Hello,

A portion of your quota also comes from histories that may be shared with you. Check for them using the option in the History menu and unshare if needed. We could also recalculate your disk usage if you share your email address with galaxy-bugs@lists.galaxyproject.org.

Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team

Hello, There is one active history with a size ~ 6 GB. I recalculated disk usage, looked at your account, and this is correct. Please check your account again. To see all histories, use the history menu (gear icon at the top of the far right history panel) and select "Saved Histories". Then click on Advanced Search and "status = all". Jen

Thank you! I am sorry but I don't understand why at the top of the right it is indicated that I am using 1. 7 GB ( this is a screenshot of the page: http://tinypic.com/r/aagjdj/8 )

Thank you very much for your help!

Hi again, I cannot see your picture, but when we access you account directly at http://usegalaxy.org (based on the email address your message came from) the size is exactly 5.8 GB. Perhaps there is a server mixed up? The URL will note where you are working. Jen
