Question: Need help with "Cufflinks" tool

Hi,

How long does it take usually that GALAXY upgrade with a new version of Cufflink (version 2.2.1)? I really need this version which includes Cuffquant and Cuffnorm.

Thanks for the hints and any info you can provide.

This depends a little bit on the community. Either the community need to increase the pressure to the relevant developers or they can provide pull-requests and updates by there own. We are really open to such enhancements.
