Question: Need help with "FASTQ Quality Trimmer" tool

I have uploaded .fastq files successfully but the "FASTQ file" drop-down list doesn't show my .fastq files.

I also tried other browsers and computers but couldn't solve the problem.

Try to use 'FASTQ Groomer' tool to switch in between various quality formats of fastqs. Sanger format should work.
