Question: My history is gone suddenly while disk quot still shows 80% used

Hi.

I logged out and logged in. Then All of sudden, all the histories gone. I checked available history options. But, Galaxy acts like I have not done anything. But disk usage still shows 80% and some of big files are still being downloaded.

Last action I was doing was 'Cuffdiff'. Can anyone help me? I don't want to lose my history and start all over again.

Perhaps you can also try clearing the cookies?
