Question: Upload FASTQ in new version of galaxy

I am trying to upload fastq files from my computer to galaxy and the upload keeps failing in the new version After it gets to the step indicating that it will add the file to the history, it goes to red and says the request failed. Please advise what I should try to upload. Thanks for your guidance.
