Question: How to upload files to a Galaxy server with FTP enabled

Hi. I know this is a very basic question but I am new to all this. I have some RNAseq data as fastq files that I want to align and analyse. The file size is approx 16GB and when I try to upload it, I see the message use an ftp site. How do I do this? Any help is appreciated Thank you
