Greetings,

I am trying to upload some cuffquant output files (.cxb) to usegalaxy.org using ftp. However, when I import the files into a history, each file is empty and says "The uploaded binary file contains inappropriate content." The problem persists regardless of whether I specify file type or allow galaxy to autodetect while uploading. I realize that by default galaxy prevents binary files for security purposes, but is there a way to actually use my own .cxb files? Thank you.
