Anyone had trouble uploading large files to galaxy FTP? It is my first time, I am trying to upload two files of a bit more of 3Gb. I am using FileZilia. Connection did work, small files went through, but large files are crashing for two days.

The kind of errors that I have are bellow: Could not write to transfer socket: EPIPE - Local endpoint has been closed File transfer failed after transferring 38727264 bytes in 64 seconds 50 Opening BINARY mode data connection for R200SK_R1.fastq.gz Error: Could not write to transfer socket: EPIPE - Local endpoint has been closed Response: 452 Transfer aborted. No space left on device Error: File transfer failed after transferring 70081384 bytes in 91 seconds

I am not even close to 50 GB.

Thank you.

There is a current issue with Main that the team is investigating. Some jobs may be successful, other may fail. More feedback soon. Thanks for your patience. Jen, Galaxy team

Hello,

The recent tool failures due to cluster issues are now cleared. Please re-run the failed job(s) and let us know if problems persist via a new bug report from the latest failure (from today). We can help to diagnose the issue and get it resolved.

Thank you again for your patience while we worked on the solution, Jen, Galaxy team
