When you click User->Saved Histories, what actually happens? Is there an error message, just a blank page, something else? Can you look to see if there's a javascript error in your browser?
When I hit on 'Saved Histories' the page is blank. there is no error message.

Dawn, when you say there was no error message - did you mean there was no javascript error in the console?
You can open the javascript console by in chrome using: https://developer.chrome.com/devtools/docs/console#opening-the-console.
You can open it in firefox using: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Web_Console
For other browsers, this may help: http://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/8525/how-to-open-the-javascript-console-in-different-browsers
A javascript error will appear as a new line (often in red) in the console output.
Thanks for looking and let me know if you need more information.
