I have my ChIP-Seq data on Galaxy but can't map it because the bacterial genome that I am working on, Burkholderia cenocepacia genome does not exist in Galaxy database. I was wondering if there is any way I can add it to the current database.

Hi,

you can also map against your own reference genome (FASTA file) in your history. Have a look at your mapping tool and choose _not_ locally cached data.

Ciao,
