Streptococcus pyogenes MGAS315 NC_004070.1

Streptococcus pyogenes MGAS9429 NC_008021.1

Hi,

You can also use the genomes right now as a Custom Reference Genome, with most tools including mapping and visualization with Trackster. This is true at http://usegalaxy.org and other public Galaxy servers that have the option active. Instructions are here: http://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#Custom_reference_genome
