Question: No file upload option in for fast file bowtie2

Greetings,

 

 

 

​I am not given the option to upload my fastq file. When I click on the box no option to upload is given I have tried. I am accessing galaxy via a web browser. I am having the same issue using Mac os X as well as Ubuntu 14.04. Any suggestions on or advice on how I can fix this error?

You have to upload your dataset into Galaxy first and select them from the tool afterwards. For smaller datasets you can use the upload modal (https://www.dropbox.com/s/jhguyjenmy3z2fj/Screenshot%202014-11-06%2011.45.24.png?dl=0)
