Question: Upload files problem

I am trying to upload RNA-seq files from our local server. One third of the files have been uploaded. I turned off my computer and the rest of files uploading is paused. How can I continue to upload? I cannot delete the files in the queue either.

Start by reloading the data that did not complete and stay connected to Galaxy during this time. The other queued upload jobs will eventually fail and not be an issue (you can permanently delete these from the history should they become datasets in the history).
